Burlington Place is an imposing and eye-catching development on the cliff tops of Sheringham in North Norfolk. The building consists of 56 bathrooms over 4 floors of premium apartments overlooking the sea. This project combines new build, with renovation of an existing former Hotel boasting a flagship Penthouse on the top floor. Bathco Designs listened to the needs of the developer and supplied the Burlington branded freestanding Baths and High level WC’s throughout, along with many other suited products from our own traditional ranges including the Imperial Brassware.

The contractor benefited from as many site visits as required by our designers to produce bathrooms with good proportions. All rooms were checked for size before product delivery to cover off any potential changes in construction from the initial design. This service is readily available for all clients and all projects.
