Design & Planning
Share the plans for your project for the design team to create 3D CAD drawings
in-line with your choice of products from our range. The designs can be provided in A3 laminated format for your installers to use on site.
Branded Proposal
Customised Proposal showcasing full product choices and costs.
Your own branded spec presentation for your marketing purposes.
Project Management
Introduction to the Project Management Team who you will liaise with throughout the
project. An internal meeting between the sales team and project management team
to ensure full understanding of your contract.
Site Surveys
If required, we will inspect each property prior to delivery, to check measurements and
the layout details. This also ensures that access and delivery wlll be seamless.
Call-off Schedule
A full bathroom schedule is provided for the project. clearly presented by plot and by room, with full product descriptions for each bathroom. Provide approximate call-off dates for first fix and second fix Items and the project manager will maintain close contact with site and the installers.
Reserved Stock
Allocated stock in-line with your call-off schedule, reserved ahead of time for delivery on-time and in full.
Labelled Packaging
All product labelled per plot and per room to avoid confusion on-site. Delivered by
our own dedicated vans by our careful drivers.
Aftercare
Upon request, a data pack is provided on completion of the project for the bathrooms supplied. This is for warranty, spare parts and ongoing maintenance purposes.
