What types of clients do you work with?
We supply Developers on residential projects, Main Contractors on residential projects, Plumbing Contractors, Builders & Bathroom Installers.
Do you offer trade pricing or discounts for bulk orders?
We offer standard trade discount terms for all of our trade customers and then on larger projects we look at it project by project and provide additional terms.
Can you work to our project timeline?
Our team can work closely with you as quickly or as steadily as required to suit any project timeline.
Do you provide supply-only or full installation services?
We are supply only and do not offer installation but can support the installer closely throughout.
What brands and products do you supply?
Primarily our own Edwrox brand along with Geberit Cisterns. On some specific projects we work with Roca, Ideal Standard & Vitra too.
Can you help with bathroom design or specification support?
Yes we provide 3D CAD Designs once a project is secured and work closely with our customers to help put together a suitable specification.
Do you offer site visits or consultations?
Site visits & consultations are available on every project at the initial stage and prior to installation if required, to double check that everything is ready and in place as required ready for bathroom installation.
What are your delivery lead times?
Once a specification is agreed on a project we work ahead of time to have stock on hand for the project so we can deliver within 3 – 4 days from the point of call off.
Can you manage multiple bathrooms across a large development?
We can manage projects of 2 or 3 bathrooms through to large scale projects of x 100 bathrooms plus.
Are your products covered by warranty?
Yes all of our Edwrox product ranges are covered by warranty which vary from 2 years through to lifetime as outlined on our Guarantee details on the website. This means the standard “defects period” that many developers offer is always covered and beyond.
Do you offer aftercare or support post-installation?
We offer close support for spare parts backed up with strong product warranties.
How do I get a quote or open a trade account?
To get a quote, simply just phone in or email us and speak to any of the team. To open a trade account, upon request we provide an online form to be completed that is automatically submitted to the accounts team who then set up your account upon approval.
Can you supply bespoke or made-to-order bathroom products?
No we can’t although we can supply built in fitted furniture that can be designed to fit any space.
Do you provide technical drawings files for your products?
We provide line drawings and comprehensive datasheets for every product we supply.
What areas do you cover for delivery?
For deliveries we cover all of England and Wales.
Can you liaise directly with our site or project manager?
We liaise directly with your team to ensure all goes smoothly on site. A single point of contact is assigned to every project to coordinate all details with all parties including the plumbers & site managers.
Can you accommodate phased delivery for multi-stage projects?
We can supply the bathrooms in phases as required on site as first fix, mid fix and 2nd fix.
What payment terms do you offer to trade clients?
We offer payment terms of 30 Days end of month.
