Bathco was proud to support the regeneration of The Hawkins Factory — an iconic Northamptonshire landmark with deep historical roots. Once a world-renowned boot manufacturer with a Royal Warrant and war-time legacy, the building has been transformed into 89 loft-style apartments, bringing new life to the local community.

S&R Northants sought a premium bathroom specification that respected the industrial character of the building while offering modern comfort. Bathco was selected to deliver bold, stylish bathrooms that aligned with the factory’s heritage aesthetic, including the use of marble-effect finishes, brushed brass and matt black detailing.
